Chinese person cited 3 million. 


European person cited 7 million. 


Nigerian person cited 10 million. 


The Governor asked the chinese guy..".. 


how did u cite 3 million..?" 


Chinese person answered .."1 million for paint, 1 million for work and 1 million benefit.." 


The Governor asked european person.. 


He answered ".. 3 million for paint 2 million for work 2 million benefit.." 


The Governor asked Nigerian person.. He replied...."4 million for you..."3 million for me.... furthermore, we will give "3 million to the chinese fellow and ask him to paint..!!" 


The Nigerian person got the agreement! 😋🤣🤣 


This is the framework that has kept on draining Nigeria dry. 


Could be a joke however it's a reality today!.....
